烤鸭 Roast Duck

Cooking time 60-80 minutes

Ingredients: 水鸭一只

Seasonings:盐Salt,蜂蜜OR麦芽糖浆 Honey or Barley malt syrup

Step 1:盐少许炒黄,抹生鸭全身腌过夜。

Step 2:取一大锅烧开水把鸭子放入烫一下,也可不断浇沸水在鸭身数次,挂到车库风干两天。

Step 3 :烤箱预热至380度,把薄的部位锡纸包上,烤大概60-80分钟,每隔20分钟取出鸭身抹麦芽糖汁或者浓蜂蜜水。

Step 4: 最后拿掉锡纸烤十分钟至全身金黄即可。切片加甜面酱和小饼裹着吃。鸭架子加粉丝白菜煮汤。
