Cooking time 60 minutes.
Ingredients:1/2 水鸭 duck, 莲藕Lotus root,牛角椒Green cayenne pepper,蘑菇 Oystel mushroom,
Seasonings:酱油soy sauce,盐salt,蚝油Oyster sauce,柠檬汁Lemon juice
Step 1 :将鸭子切块后加入:酱油soy sauce,盐salt,蚝油Oyster sauce,柠檬汁Lemon juice,腌制8-10分钟(set about 8-10minutes.)
Step 2: 混合准备好的蔬菜和腌制到的鸭肉后放入烤箱50分钟。
Step 3 : 将烤制好的汤汁倒在平底锅内收汁后淋在菜上。
