Cooking time 30 minutes.
Ingredients: 1 chicken leg, carrot, potato, onion.
Seasonings: coconut milk 400ml, curry 100g
Step 1 : Chop chicken leg into pieces. and cut carrot, potato and onion into pieces too.
Step 2 : stir frying chicken pieces until golden brown. and put prepared carrot, potato and onion to stir fry well. And then add coconut milk and curry.
Step 3 :boiling 4 minutes.
