馄饨煎蛋Wonton (hún tun) with Eggs

Start to finish 10 minutes.

Ingredients: 2 eggs,  wonton 16, Himalayan salt 2-3g, water 100ml.

Step 1 : beat eggs and add  Himalayan salt with water.

Step 2 :put wonton into egg mixture. and cook 4-5 minutes.

Wonton is traditional food in china. They have different names: wonton, chaoshou, baomian….”Wonton” is translation from Cantonese. Until now we have different way to cook. e.g wonton with eggs together. So easy, finish. We need to prepare
