Ingredients:唐菜花Chinese Cauliflower,蛤蜊肉Short necked clam meat
Seasonings:盐Salt
Step 1 :锅中加入cooking oil 后放入准备好的唐菜花翻炒2-3分钟后放入蛤蜊肉再炒1-2分钟加盐即可。煸炒中根据情况可以加一些水。
味道太鲜美了,拍照的时候发现就剩下三颗蛤蜊肉了😄
