菠菜汁“玫瑰”饺子

Cooking time 25 minutes.

Ingredients:Ground Pork猪肉馅,Shiitake mushroom香菇,Daikon-Xiangyabai白萝卜,Dumpling Wrapper菠菜汁饺子皮

Seasonings:盐Salt,蚝油Oyster sauce

Step 1: 白萝卜擦丝、香菇切成小丁后与猪肉馅混合加入适量的盐和蚝油。

Step 2: 如图四个Dumpling Wrapper包裹肉馅后做成玫瑰花状。

Step 3: 平底锅加油后放入准备好的“玫瑰花”,cooking 10 minutes
