Ingredients:猪肉馅,老豆腐,洋葱(红皮或者白皮),鸡蛋1个,杏鲍菇(可以用平菇或香菇代替)
Seasonings: 盐,黑胡椒粉,酱油,蚝油,清水
Step 1: 洋葱切碎,豆腐切碎与猪肉馅和鸡蛋搅拌后做成丸子煮2分钟捞出。
Step 2: 将杏鲍菇切片,洋葱碎,蚝油,酱油,盐,黑胡椒调汁备用。
Step 3: 炒锅放油后煸炒杏鲍菇再倒入调好的酱汁后放入豆腐丸子,加水煮1分钟后即可。
