照烧鸡腿肉 Teriyaki Chicken

Cooking time 15 minutes.

Ingredients:鸡腿肉,洋葱,杏鲍菇

Seasonings: 黑胡椒,酱油Soy sauce,蚝油Oyster sauce,照烧汁

Step 1: 将鸡腿洗干净去骨后加入黑胡椒,酱油,蚝油腌制5分钟。洋葱和杏鲍菇切丝备用。

Step 2: 锅中放少量油煸炒切丝的洋葱和杏鲍菇后盛盘备用。

Step 3: 锅中可以不放油直接煎鸡腿(鸡皮会流出一些油)直到煎熟(但不要煎糊)后放在洋葱和杏鲍菇上,再淋上照烧汁即可。
