烤鱿鱼 Roast Squid

烹饪时间20分钟。

主料:鱿鱼鱿鱼,洋葱洋葱

调味料:豆豉豆豉,酱油酱油,蚝油蚝油,小茴香孜然

第1步:洋葱切丝,豆豉切碎,鱿鱼切条备用

第2步:切条的鱿鱼中放入:切碎的豆豉,适量的酱油,蚝油,小茴香腌制5分钟。

第3步:烤盘铺上锡纸后刷油再铺上洋葱丝,洋葱丝上铺上腌制好的鱿鱼,烤箱预热,392华氏度烤10-15分钟。

注:豆豉自带咸味,不建议再放盐,酱油,蚝油适量。
