椰香蘑菇蒸米饭 Coconut and mushroom steam rice

Ingredients:shiitake mushroom香菇,Guangdong sausage广东香肠,Rice米,藜麦Quinoa,

Seasonings:Coconut椰子,Oyster sauce蚝油,Soy sauce酱油,Salt盐

Step 1 :将椰子肉挖出,香菇和香肠切成小丁。Take out the copra from the coconut, cut sausage and mushroom to small pieces.

Step 2 :将米和切好的配料加入酱油,蚝油拌匀后放入椰子中。蒸50分钟。

Mix the rice and prepared copra, sausage and mushroom. Than put in coconut shell. Steam 50 minutes.
