凉拌平菇 Chinese Oyster Mushroom salad

Ingredients：平菇Oyster Mushroom，牛角椒Caynne Papper

Seasonings：盐Salt，蚝油Oyster sauce

Step 1 ：平菇洗干净，牛角椒切丝后放入水中煮1分钟后捞出控干水分，加入适量的盐和蚝油即可。
