Cooking time 20-30 minutes.
Ingredients:虾Ecuador shrimp,香菇Shiitake mushroom,油豆腐Puff Tofu,蛋饺,冬笋Fresh Bamboo Roots,排骨Pork ribs,午餐肉Luncheon Meat,莴笋AA lettuce,肉丸子Pork meatballs,
银针粉Rice Noodle
Seasonings:盐Salt,蚝油Oyster sauce,清水Water(用于煮排骨)
Step 1 :虾米用牙签去除虾线,排骨提前煮熟。
Step 2 :将其他食材全部准备好,并如下图摆在锅中(银针粉放在最下面)。
Step 3 :加入适量的排骨汤(汤中加入适量的盐和蚝油调味),汤不用没过食材,2/3处即可。
Step 4 :中火煮10-15分钟即可,主要将虾米煮熟。
