- Cooking time 15 minutes
- Ingredients: 龙利鱼丸Flounder fillet,菠菜Spinach-Bocai,粉丝Vermicelli,铁棍山药Nagamo,平菇Oyster-mushroom
- Seasonings:盐Salt,蚝油Oyster sauce,清水Water
Step 1 :将平菇,和菠菜洗干净准备好,粉丝剪成小段用水浸软Cut the vermicelli into sections and soak in water.
Step 2 : 将龙利鱼剁碎后调味做成鱼丸(kitchen中有单独一篇关于丸子的制作)。清水煮开后放入鱼丸和山药煮5分钟后放入平菇,菠菜,粉丝煮2分钟,再加入适量的盐和蚝油。
