鸡蛋饺蔬菜汤 Egg Dumplings and Vegetable Soup

Cooking time 35 minutes.

Ingredients:鸡蛋Eggs,猪肉馅 Ground Pork,娃娃菜Baby cabbage,香菇 Shiitake mushroom,新鲜冬笋 Fresh Bamboo Roots

Seasonings:盐Salt

Step 1: 鸡蛋打散备用,肉馅拌好,锅底用纸巾沾上油抹一下,加两勺蛋液撸均匀。取少量肉馅边放在半边蛋皮上,用筷子将另半边翻起搭上成半圆形,用木铲边上按几下后移至锅边

颜色不够一分种后翻个面。

做好的蛋饺可以马上蒸熟也可以冷冻备用。

Step 2 : 将娃娃菜,香菇,冬笋切片后放入锅中加水烧开后放入蛋饺加适量盐即可。
