香甜糯米藕

Cooking time 60 minutes.

Ingredients:莲藕Lotus root 2-3 Ids,糯米

Seasonings: 冰糖,红糖,红枣

Step 1 :糯米淘洗后沥干放置半小时,而不是浸泡在水里。这样半小时后的米是干的,很容易也很快能塞进藕洞里,然后用筷子压紧,再塞,如此反复到不能再塞为止。

Step 2 :水中放入冰糖,红糖,红枣后尝味,甜度够了后用高压锅煮半小时即可。(这里的清水最好淹没藕)

Note: 藕不用切,只需要去皮,削掉两头链接位置后洗干净即可。喜欢的话可以放凉后淋上一些桂花酱,味道更好。
