红烧生筋(面筋)塞肉

Ingredients:猪肉馅,莲藕,香菇,面筋(生筋)

Seasonings:盐,蚝油,酱油,水

Step 1 : 猪肉搅碎与搅碎的莲藕香菇拌匀塞进面筋(生筋)中。方法见视频。

Step 2 : 将准备好的肉面筋(生筋)加水和酱油煮熟。
