糖醋大虾 Sweet and Sour Ecuador Shrimps

Cooking time 3 minutes.

Ingredients:虾Ecuador Shrimps300-400g

Seasonings:盐Salt,白砂糖Sugar,醋vinegar,清水Water

Step 1 :将虾洗干净后去头去脚。Wash the shrimps and cut the head, whisked and the feet.

Step 2: 锅中加入cooking oil 后加入适量的白糖和醋后再加入水翻炒。

Heat some cooking oil in the wok, and add sugar and vinegar, and then add some water to stir-fry.

Step 3 : 锅中加入虾后煮1分钟再进行快速翻炒即可。

Add the shrimps to boil for 1 minute to be cooked and stir-fry quickly in wok for a while.
