白洋葱丝凉拌黑木耳

Cooking time 2 minutes.

Ingredients:黑木耳,洋葱1/2个

Seasonings:盐Salt,酱油Soy sauce,蚝油Oyster sauce,花椒油

Step 1 :先将干木耳泡水发好(可以提前准备,泡发时间20-30分钟)。泡发好的木耳清水煮1分钟后捞出放入冰水或凉水中。

Step2 :白洋葱切丝与冰镇好的木耳拌在一起,加入适量的盐,酱油,蚝油,花椒油即可。

Note :这里建议用白洋葱,口感微甜,紫皮洋葱口感较辣。
