玉子豆腐炒黑木耳 Stir-fried Egg Tofu with Black Fungus

Cooking time 5 minutes.

Ingredients:黑木耳Black Fungus,玉子豆腐Egg Tofu,香菇Shiitake mushroom

Seasonings: 酱油Soy sauce,蚝油Oyster sauce,盐Salt,清水Water

Step 1: 将干的黑木耳泡发后清洗干净,鱼子切段备用。

Step 2: 锅内放入少量的cooking oil后放入木耳、香菇翻炒,再放入玉子豆腐,适量的盐,蚝油,酱油,轻轻翻炒1-2分钟(期间可以适量加一些清水)即可
