藜麦Quinoa排骨焖饭

Cooking time:45 minutes.

Ingredients: 排骨pork ribs,西兰花Broccoli,菠菜Spinach,西红柿 Tomatoes,葡萄干Raisins,大米Rice,藜麦Quinoa

Seasonings: 酱油soy sauce,盐salt,蚝油Oyster sauce

Step 1 :将排骨焯水后加入酱油,蚝油,盐搅拌均匀,腌制2分钟。

Step 2 : 将西红柿,西兰花,菠菜切成小块备用;米和藜麦的比例是2:1;葡萄干洗干净备用。

Step 3 :将藜麦,大米,西红柿,排骨放入锅中,再加入250ml水后焖煮30分钟(medium heat 中火);30分钟后加入菠菜和西兰花,再焖煮8分钟(medium heat 中火)。
