娃娃菜炒油豆腐 Stir-fry Puff Tofu with Baby cabbage

Cooking time 5 minutes.

Ingredients:蘑菇Mushroom,娃娃菜Baby cabbage,油豆腐Puff Tofu

Seasonings:盐Salt,蚝油Oyster sauce

Step 1 : 锅中加入cooking oil后放入已经切片的蘑菇翻炒。

Step 2 :锅中加入清水,数量的盐和蚝油后放入油豆腐煮约2分钟。

Step 3 :再加入准备好的青菜后翻炒直到青菜变软即可。

这里我用的是杏鲍菇,可以用香菇或平菇代替,味道更好吃。
